Pro License

This subscription provides a Pro license key for Rocket Streaming Audio Server, which unlocks all Pro features.

If you wish to run multiple servers, you can purchase additional seats for your license by purchasing multiple subscriptions.

After subscribing, you will be provided with a license.key file to install on your server, which will unlock the Pro Edition of the software.

How many PCs can I install RSAS on?

Each RSAS license "seat" allows you to install RSAS on one PC.

To install RSAS on multiple PCs, please purchase additional license seats.

You can purchase extra license seats by adding one or more RSAS copies to your cart. Any extra seats purchased will be added to your existing license. (The same license key file can then be used on as many PCs as you have seats on your license.)

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all software purchased through our store. If our products don't work with your computer or you're not fully satisfied, we'll refund your full purchase price. This allows anyone to try the full version of our products risk-free.

Before a refund can be processed you will be required to run Oscillicious's license removal tool to "return" your software license to us. After a refund has been processed you will no longer be able to use the software.

Refunds cannot be issued after 30 days of purchase.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How does digital delivery work?

Shortly after purchase, you will receive an email containing your registration information (name, email, serial number) and download links for the software you bought. You'll need to keep this registration information handy to activate the software after you install it.

Though most registration emails are instant, if you do not receive your key within 24 hours, please contact support.

Can I install this on more than one computer?

Each Oscillicious software application* or plugin can be installed on up to 2 computers (PC or Mac), as long as it is only used on one at a time. For example, if you have a studio PC and a laptop for the road, you may install the software on both.

* Subscription products are excluded. Please see the specific licensing terms for your subscription product for more information.

If you'd like to run the software on more computers, we ask that you please purchase additional license seats. Each additional license seat purchase permits use of the software on an additional computer.
